Water, trash removal, sewer, and recycling fees are handled by Conservice, a 3rd party utility billing company.*
*Additional Conservice service fees may apply.

Residents are responsible for establishing accounts with ComEd and Nicor Gas to pay for general electricity and gas consumption within the residence + renter’s insurance with a minimum policy of $100,000.

 PET POLICY & FEES

Maximum of 2 Pets per Unit.
Please contact the leasing office for breed restrictions.

Dogs: Maximum of 2 dogs under 55 lbs total weight OR 1 larger dog over 55 lbs.

Upfront Fee (Non-refundable): $300 one-time fee for 1 pet.
$500 one-time fee for 2 pets.

Monthly Pet Rent: $25/month per pet
